Does not work on mobile

WP version: 4.6.1

The galleries work perfectly on desktop – check the site front page on desktop. On mobile though (tested on iPhone and iPad) the images for the gallery appear but they do not contain buttons and they do not respond to touching.
I have deactivated the following plugins to test for conflict with no result:
AMP
Christmas countdown widget
Easy Social Share Buttons for WordPress
Easy Social Share Buttons for WordPress Addon – Facebook Comments
Slideshare
Thrive Clever Widgets
Thrive visual editor
Woocommerce soldout badges
Woocommerce notification
